Everything Has Changed!!!

So, you've noticed I've not updated this in a while. Things are changing! This Blog is purely dedicated to my personal life. I'm planning to do something else for Mac stuff.

My Perspective on life is so diferent now, to how it used to be 2 years ago, and I owe it all to God. Yes I was a Christian before, but now I've discovered much more to the christian life, and the inheritance that God has already provided for us.

This Blog is titled "Land of the Giants", and I felt like one of the little people when I started it! Well now it's time for me to shout "LOOK OUT BELOW!!!". I'm lovin God, Jesus, Life, and not even the Devil can get me down!

An excellent post and it is great to see you move on.

HOWEVER I would always refrain for being a 'follower' of anyones teaching. I have my favourites as you know but I would not say I was following there teaching.

I think Andrew Wommack is spot on in a lot of what he says but i think he is DEAD wrong in other areas.

Statements like "God has already placed His healing power within us, and it is now under our authority. It isn’t up to God to determine who receives healing; it’s up to us!" and "It's never God's will for us to be sick; He wants every person healed every time." and "physical healing is a part of the atonement of Christ." are complete nonesence and cannot be supported biblicaly with any real clarity. They are in fact harmfull and in my mind false teaching.

But that is my view but maybe something for us to study together

To add to that comment, You are right in being unwise to follow a preacher specifically. Paul himself preaches against that, and it was probably a poor choice of words on my part.

A lot of Andy's stuff I am still trying to wrap my head round properly. But The more I look at healing, and read through the Bible, the more convinced I am that God is not picking and choosing who gets healed and who doesn't. I wouldn't claim it to be harmful in any way, and I think a great deal of people need an attitude adjustment to realise exactly what God has done and provided for us.

...and rather than getting into an argument, maybe it's food for a new post, where the details can be laid out for discussion.
